Shipping Policy

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days once your order ships.

Shipping Confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Karmel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. Please contact the shipping carrier for resolution, or email us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products and our commitment to safety, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopkarmel.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Final Sale Items:
All products are considered final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
